Delete Your PlotRanger Account
You can delete your PlotRanger account and its data directly in the PlotRanger app or at plotranger.com:
Delete your account in the app

Sign in and open Settings → Your Data.

Type your email to confirm, then select Delete My Account.
This permanently deletes your profile and your comments, and — if you are the only member of your company — the company and all of its sites, logs, photos, documents, and equipment records. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete some data without closing your account
You do not have to delete your account to delete your data. Sites, daily logs, photos, documents, equipment records, and comments can be deleted inside the app at any time by you or your company's admins — open the item and select delete. Removal is immediate. You can also email support@plotranger.com to request deletion of specific data.
No longer have the app installed?
Email support@plotranger.com from your account's email address and we will process the deletion for you.
What is retained
Routine server and security logs that may reference your activity are kept for up to 365 days before automatic deletion. Encrypted backups containing deleted data expire and are overwritten on a rolling basis. We do not retain any other personal data after deletion, except where required by law.
